Purchase Requisition is not sending to next approver, getting error APP-PO-14288 when viewing action history
Problem: When approving a Purchase Requisition it is not being forward to next approver, Also when we try to view action history getting the error APP-PO-14288.
Solution:
Remove the Approval Transaction Type from Document type (Purchase Requisition)
Purchasing Super User > Setup > Document types
