How to resolve REP-3000: Internal error starting Oracle Toolkit for customized reports

1-       Check the vnc process from for oracle user

                                ps -ef | grep vnc

2-       If any process exists then kill it from

vncserver -kill :3

3-       Switch user to root and repeat first two steps

4-       Now from root

vncserver -depth 24 -geometry 1024x768

5-       And from oraprod

vncserver -depth 24 -geometry 1024x768
